Not to be confused with Theresa. Teresa is a receptionist at Vet Consortium. She only appears once in the Season 9 episode "The Petriot Act".

Teresa is a young Caucasian woman with a skinny build, pale skin, and short blond hair. She wears a light-blue business dress.

When Hank Hill visited the Vet Consortium to take care of Duke the Cat on behalf of an active-duty member of the United States Armed Forces, Teresa saw him and asked what the purpose of his appointment was. Hank awkwardly claimed that Duke was defecating in his shoes, so Teresa booked him with Dr. Bradley Leslie and asked him to take a seat, also requesting that he not make eye contact with Mr. Javier's parrot. Later, when Hank was finished with the appointment and Teresa gave him a high medical bill for Duke, Tommy showed up and spoke with Hank about the expensiveness of coming to Dr. Leslie's place. He then showed a brochure of the 9220 Ultrasonic Imager to Teresa, who was amused at his adamant salesmanship. Tommy then assured Hank that Duke was in good hands, saying that he would bring his own son in for treatment at the Vet Consortium if he could. Hank retorted to the receptionist that he could not afford any more treatment for Duke, making the patients and Teresa grimace. She pointed to the "All bills must be paid at time of service" sign, so Hank begrudgingly paid the bill.
Later, Hank returned to the Vet Consortium without speaking to Teresa for an appointment, and he successfully threatened Leslie into signing Duke's checkup form.
