Not to be confused with Sheila Refkin. Shelia Tobbis is an old lady who met Bill Dauterive after Lenore left him.

Sheila is an older woman with black hair. She wears blue-framed circular glasses, a purple hairband, and a light purple dress.
History[]
After Bill attempts to kill himself, Peggy convinces Sheila to meet with Bill to give them a relationship. At Hank's house, Sheila is disgusted by Bill's pet iguana, and Bill makes the conversation even more awkward with his behavior. After Sheila badmouths Bill, he pleads with her to marry him, and she tells him to get off her. Bill's iguana jumps off him and leaves out the window, prompting Bill to leave the dinner and try and find his iguana. Peggy warns Sheila that she has already given Bill her phone number.
