Minh Souphanousinphone is the wife of Kahn Souphanousinphone and mother of Connie Souphanousinphone, and is currently in Nine Rivers Country Club, but only for her skills with a gun, so she can compete in the skeet shooting competition. She is a friend of Peggy Hill and Nancy Gribble, although she is often seen making fun of them and their families when they aren't around. Mihn is also secretly a member of Dale's Arlen gun club.
