Buck Strickland hires the guys from the TV show American Chopper to perform at Strickland Propane in order to win a price war with Thatherton Fuels. When it is discovered that Paul Teutul Sr. and the boys did not bring a motorcycle to entertain their fans, a riot breaks out. Hank then decides that Buck and the other local propane owners should stop with these price wars and start acting like businessmen. However, they misunderstand Hank's advice and decide to start a price fixing operation between the four stores. Hank is approached by Commissioner Evers, the Texas State Regulatory Commissioner, and is accused of being the brains behind the price-fixing operation. He is forced to wear a wire and record the businessmen in order to avoid jail time. With help from the Teutuls and their loud motorcycle engines, Hank gets the message across that the men are being recorded without tipping off Commissioner Evers. They agree to end the price war and return business to its usual competitive self.
