Won't You Pimai Neighbor?
Meet the Propaniacs
After Hank's barber has been suffering from a debilitating condition, he mistakingly uses barber chemicals on Hank's head, giving Hank an embarassing blonde emo appearance. Bill offers to do Hank's hair on base. Bill does a good job, but then Hank gets a bill for $900.00 from the United States Army for the tonsorial procedure. After protesting this, it is discovered that Hank exposed fraud, waste and abuse on base, but Bill has lost his job due to the abolishment of the barber shop on base.
- When Jack blow-dries the foam off his head, it strikes the window to the tune of "Shave and a Haircut".
- After Hank's hair is set straight up in spikes and bleached, he bears a non-accidental resemblance to another Fox TV animation icon, Bart Simpson.
- Hank: "Oh god, I need a hair net!"
