Dr. Morley is a proctologist who works at Heimlich County Medical Center. He appears only in Hank's Unmentionable Problem.

When Hank continually suffers from constipation, Peggy persuades him to go to the doctor, where Dr. Morley decides to preform a sigmoidoscopy when he learns of Hank's abnormal bowel movements.

As Hank is prepares to have his sigmoidoscopy, a medical student by the name of Tasha enters the room, and Dr. Morley explains that she's there to observe the examination. As the procedure is about to begin, Dr. Morley shows Hank the "special camera" that they're going to use to get an inside view of his colon, whereupon Hank, humiliated, replies "just kill me now."

Bobby. enters the room as Hank's procedure is about to begin and says that he's hungry. Upon seeing Hank, Bobby becomes alarmed, and asks Peggy what they're doing to him. Hank, now humiliated and embarrassed, yells at Bobby, insisting that he leave, whereupon Dr. Morley explains that he should stay, and that when a family faces an illness, all members should be involved because they're his get-well team.

Dr. Morley asks Bobby if he likes video games, and when Bobby excitingly tells him that he does, Dr. Morley, much to the dismay of Hank, offers Bobby the control for the sigmoidoscopy camera, explaining that it's like a video game joy stick. As Bobby plays with the camera, Hank becomes frustrated and tells him to stop. Dr. Morley, retrieving the camera, explains to Bobby that he's good at using it, and that maybe he can help out with the procedure, but explains to Hank that's he's only kidding. Hank sighs, and Dr. Morley says to Hank that it doesn't hurt to smile, and that it might actually help. Dr Morley, turning to Tasha, hands her the camera and tells her that she can begin the procedure.

During the lengthy procedure, Peggy yawns and Dr. Morley asks her how she's holding up, and she says that she's just a little uncomfortable for sitting so long. Dr Morley stretches, and says that's time for a five minute brake, whereupon Peggy, Dr. Morley and Tasha, start doing various stretches exercises, resulting in Hank feeling even more humiliated and degraded.

Later, after the sigmoidoscopy, Dr. Morley explains to Hank and Peggy in his office, that if Hank's low-fat, high-fiber diet isn't working, that the best option, much to the dismay of Hank, is to have surgery.
